Arrival Times

Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Gates closed by 6 pm between April and September, and 7 pm between October and March.
For any latecomers, there is an additional R250 charge.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

To receive the daily gate code, please call Rodney at +27 72 691 9709, 20 minutes before your arrival.

To ensure the best guest experience and safety for all visitors, please note:

Game Drives: Available on request.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units. Designated smoking areas are available at the bomas.
Vehicle Restrictions: Only entry and exit with self-driven vehicles is permitted. No self-driving on estate roads.
Speed Limit: Strictly 20 - 30 km/h. Exceeding the speed limit may result in a R1000 fine.
Wildlife Safety: Animals have the right of way. Drive carefully when encountering wildlife on the roads.
Pets: No pets are allowed due to the presence of wild animals.
Right of Admission: Reserved by Thulani Game Lodge & Eco Estate.
Lodge Upgrades: We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or make changes to the lodge's interior and exterior amenities as needed to enhance the guest experience.

By entering Thulani Game Lodge & Eco Estate, I/We acknowledge and accept that:

The owners, employees, agents, and companies associated with the lodge shall not be held liable for any injury, loss of life, damage, or theft of property, whether caused by fire, negligence (gross or otherwise), or any other factor.
I/We agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Thulani Eco Estate, Thulani Game Lodge & Health Spa.
I/We understand that wild animals, reptiles, and spiders inhabit the estate and accept the risks associated with such an environment.
No pets are permitted.
I/We undertake to declare any firearms or hunting equipment in my/our possession before entering the estate.

Free WiFi: Available from 06:00 AM - 08:00 PM in the conference area, reception, and Café Sabuthi. Password available on request.
Cell Signal: Mobile reception is available but dependent on nearby cell towers and network providers.
Secure Parking: On-site parking with 24-hour security.
Firewood & Supplies: Bushveld firewood, ice, and firelighters are available for purchase daily.

Rates exclude meals and drinks.
An extra bed can be added to most units for R325 per night.
Mid-week rates do not apply during high season, public holidays, and long weekends.

Accommodation and private jacuzzi (if booked) must be paid in advance.
All other activities can be paid via VISA or Mastercard at Reception before departure.
